Three years after the eruption of Tajogaite that buried the town of Todoque on the island of La Palma in 2021. The film follows two excavator workers, Jose and Roberto, as they traverse the bleak, alien landscape of the volcanic aftermath, laboring to uncover the remnants of a town swallowed by nature’s fury.

The film is a portrait for the stark beauty of destruction and renewal, the haunting persistence of memory in a landscape that will never be the same.
